Mechanic refers to mechanic pieces you can build and link together. Mechanic pieces are divided into two categories: The sensors and the effectors.

Sensors

Levers

Levers are build and controlled by the players. Before using a lever, you need to link it to effectors.

Effectors

Pistons

Pistons can be used to push or pull blocks, liquids, objects or mobs. Pistons can also be used to crush monsters. Not all mobs can be moved or crushed by pistons. Depending of the order of construction between a piston and the direct adjacent block, a piston and all (direct and indirect) adjacent blocks will be glue together. The following graph illustrate this idea:

Fence doors

Fence doors are used to open/close quick an access. Since fences and fence doors are very weak, they cannot be used to wall-in again monsters. However, they are very convenient to park sheep and rabbits. Fence doors can be opened/closed manually, or through a sensor.
