I just played a hard mode game and was doing just find until I got to the dungeon. Everything was going smooth until I stepped on a teleporting trap which ported me into an empty room... a room with no exit. Seeing as I never get the pickaxe, there really isn't any point honestly, I was trapped and bam game over.

Also I feel as if the days survived on the scoreboards for hard mode is off, seeing as the dungeon pops up on the 16th night and it says I only made it to the 13th.

Teleport traps scare the shit out of me every time they happen, too. The combination of a sudden sound and your screen zooming somewhere else conspire to make me think that I've just been instantly killed. I'd like to suggest a slight delay between stepping on a trap and being teleported, maybe with a swirly screen effect before the transition.

The room without exits sounds like a bug or oversight, though, since I didn't see any such rooms when I played.

Hi,

There is always at least a block of wood in order to exit a room (but you need the pickaxe).

Et day 16, in the dungeon, you show definitively have the pickaxe (and a lot of other stuffs)!

The dungeon is full of traps. And if you are very careful, you can see them: Sometime (like every 10-20s), they emit some green particles.

So if you are almost dead or if you do not have a pickaxe, move slowly and try avoid them.

I like the idea of the transition/effect when you get catch by a teleport trap. I’ll work on that.
