I can't figure out how to smelt using the bloomery at all and there is no information about it on google. Can anyone help me out?
Also does anyone know how to get adamantite items?

To get addy items you need to hack game.

Bloomery can be used to smell "iron ore" into "iron".
You simply need to build the bloomery somewhere, and put a piece of wood and a piece of iron ore.
After some time (you can see the progression by the progress bar on the bloomery), you will get the iron.

Pfft, that's nothing. I thought the bloomery was used to grow things at first because it's made of dirt. I had to type it into Google one day out of curiosity before I even realized it was a type of furnace.
