You can define a list of favorite items in your inventory (with the "fav. button").

When you are in-game, if you press the fav. button, you will select your favorite item.

If you define several favorite items, you can go through them by pressing several time the fav. Button.

The controls are a bit "clunky" at the moment, same with the interface. Maybe go for a more MMO type gameplay? Like maybe when you click a certain button your bag opens up and you can sort your items and move them to "Quick Slots" like buttons 1,2,3, ECT. This will make it easier to get items and sometimes with the "FAV" button you will accidentally skip over the item you want witch can get annoying. And i think you should use the mouse more. Maybe use the mouse to aim, and build.

Im am not saying the controls are bad but they can get a little confusing.

Make the game work for 1 player. I've played on 1 computer with 1 other person before and i doesn't work well. Keep it at 1 player and make Multiplier for more players.

Hopefully you may change the controls and interface.

You may skip over the item you want but I feel this is only a problem if you have a BIG FAV list. (As of 12/20/2013 I cant seem to get it to work, it highlights everything in the rest of the list blue so everything is on the FAV list. It's frustrating but I know it will get fixed). The only suggestion I would make for this would be to make a forward and backward favorite button. So if you accidentally go one more you can go one back, but I feel this isn't a conflict until you have a big FAV list, which is where I usually empty it out.

But I have to disagree with Monkiedew. The amount of keys and the fact that the game is set up to be played without a mouse is a good choice. I think when you first pick up the game the controls can be weird, but it's definitely not confusing. I showed the game to my housemates and they were able to pick it up in less than 20 min. The fact that you can play the game with one hand is something that my brother and cousins think is really cool. I personally didn't find a problem with one computer multiplayer. I and two other roommates were on the same 15" laptop keyboard without problems.

I think the one-hand limited amount of keys is a big charm in this game.
