Bug report : Can't start standalone in full screen

I ran full screen in the browser.
Downloaded stand alone and tried to run it, it keep getting stuck or loading only a black full screen.
Fixed this by going back into browser mode, turning full screen off, and then going into stand alone and starting it up.

The both version (stand alone and browser) shares the same configuration file.
The browser version is not very well supported by all the browser and all the computers.
I'll add something to automatically disable full screen in the browser version.

Also noticed earlier today that the main vendor (tan safari hat) will disappear if the giant centipede's lava covers the tile he is standing on. I can still interact with him (buy/sell), but his image/sprite is gone and I can't seem to move him anymore.
