I can't figure out how to deconstruct them. I tried looking for the option in its menu and tried mining it, to no avail. Any idea how to take them down?

Anyone? Anyone at all? Seems like a pretty glaring issue, not sure if I'm missing something here, or if it was actually overlooked.

Okay that is actually simple:
== How to remove a bloomery or a barrel ==
Be sure that the bloomery/barrel is empty.
Go in front of the bloomery/barrel , press the "interaction" button.
At this point you should see the items inside the bloomery (it should be empty).
Press twice on the right arrow.
Select "Take".
It will remove the bloomery
