so when a workers is dying the game says you can heal them before they pass away by using a healing potion but when i try this i keep using them on me and i even try putting it in he's inventory and nothing understand if they fall in water or lava there is no way to save but i keep having them die on land

Hi,
Simply go to the worker, "give him an object", selection a healing potion and click on "Make him eat/drink".
As simple as that :)
