[Bug #1]
Crashed while loading a save from 6.2
(Couldn't load my save from Day 18 :C)
Doesn't seem to crash when loading save from 6.3 though.

[Bug #2]
When standing near water some of it right bellow you seem to disappear.
This seems to be a visual thing only, since the water block itself is not effected in anyway except for the visuals.
(Tried walking in to it, died pretty quickly ^-^')

Took an picture since my explanation was a bit crap xP

Go try it out in the game yourself if you still don't understand. Just get close to the water.

[Bug #3]
The name of a player gets saved over several runs of the game, but not the character type.

Set character type to monster or princess etc, restart the game and it will have reset to boy.
(Only tried using Player slot 2)

[Bug #4]
First, thanks for fixing the controls settings, hug to you for that :)
Also, thanks for improving joystick support.
(Can even use my headset as a joystick now ^-^'
It got two buttons on it, and they work xD)

Though, the d-pad on the XBOB360 controller doesn't work for any buttons. I can't bind any controls to the d-pad, and I prefer walking with it over the stick :P

[Other notes:]
- Still crash on fullscreen with too big of a screen resolution
- Still can't get a resolution over the size of 1440x900
(Change-log didn't mention fixing these though.)
- Controls saved from 6.2 got set to something new. If this is a new default, add to change-log please?

That's all I found for now!
Awesome update, I appreciate it a lot :D
No more xpadder~!

I can't try bugs in the online version atm though.
I don't have anyone to play with, and I can't setup a match myself because of our router here. I'll try when I get to mom's place.

about the water bug; isn't that just the viewing-through-blocks-thing kicking in? i mean so you can see whats under there

the xbox controller; i can use the d-pad and map up every button on it :)

and if you want i can play online with you

Well, you can still see through the water without the " viewing-through-blocks-thing".
And the "viewing-through-blocks-thing" is made to only kick it when you have a block in front of you, and the water is behind and bellow you.

I'd like to play online with you.
Tell me your Steam account name and we'll play :)

Hi,

Thanks for the bug report.

For bug#1, the save format is not yet stabilized. I added some new data in the saves that make the old saves incompatible. However, you should get a message instead of a crash. I'll look into that.

It is the same with the control configuration. That's why your controls have been erased. This one should not change anymore.

The water bug is solved --> see in next release.
It was actually the shadow of the character that was blocking the view of the water.

Same for the characters.

For the control (bug #4), since I don't have a proper 360 controller, it's a little hard for me. However, I found some documentation about the "Point of view button". The next release will be able to deal with that. I think this is equivalent to the D-pad. I hope you will tell me.

I am into checking on the documentation why it would crash with big resolution. I'll try to figure something for the next release.
Ps: You are right, I forget about that in the last release.

Hi,

>> can we expect any changes in your save-format in version 6.4?
It's not planed.

For the explanation:
Currently the save format is very close to the network format. And the network format is a very compact binary format (compact implies not easily flexible).

In the future (but not right now), I will probably change the save format for something more flexible and with a better retro-compatibility.

Ps: Did you see that now, when you click on somebody's name, you can see some stats :)
